• Automatic Disqualification:

  • History of violent crimes (e.g., assault, battery, domestic violence, homicide, sexual offenses).
  • Currently on probation or under criminal investigation.

• Case-by-Case Review:

  • Non-violent offenses such as drug possession or driving-related offenses will be evaluated individually, considering factors like the nature of the offense, time elapsed, and evidence of rehabilitation.

8.1.3 Appeals Process

Professionals may appeal disqualification decisions within 30 days by providing additional documentation or evidence of mitigating circumstances.

Businesses must be in active standing with the state and county where services are provided.

If the professional signing up is not the business owner, written permission from the business owner is required to use OneBook Pro for advertising purposes.

8.2.4 Disqualifying Criteria for Businesses

• History of business fraud.
• Outstanding work not completed.
• Criminal offenses tied to the business.

8.2.5 Suspension or Disqualification

Businesses violating these criteria may be suspended or disqualified from the platform.

8.3 Badge Verification

OneBook Pro may offer badges such as:

• First Responder
• Business Owner

8.3.2 Verification Standards

• Strict Verification:
  • Credentials for badges will be verified rigorously.
• Fraudulent Claims:
  • Any fraud toward OneBook Inc. or customers will result in immediate termination and may lead to criminal investigation.

8.4 Ongoing Monitoring and Compliance

OneBook Inc. reserves the right to:

• Conduct regular re-validations and re-screenings.
• Require professionals and businesses to update their information.
• Suspend or remove professionals or businesses that fail to comply.

9. Intellectual Property Rights
