If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use the Services.

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

6.1 General Electronic Communications

You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

6.2 SMS Messaging

6.2.1 Consent to Receive SMS

If you provide your mobile phone number through the Site, the Services, or any related sign-up process, you expressly consent to receive automated text alerts (SMS messages) from FYI regarding:

• Other transactional notifications related to OneBook Pro services

Message & data rates may apply based on your mobile phone service plan. The frequency of messages may vary.

6.2.2 Opt-Out and STOP Requests

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from FYI or by contacting us at hello@onebook.ai. After opting out, you may receive a one-time confirmatory message. Beyond this, you will not receive additional SMS messages unless you opt in again.

6.2.3 Help and Support

If you need help, you may reply HELP to any text message, or email hello@onebook.ai for assistance. Additional support resources may be provided within our apps or on our website.

6.2.4 User Responsibilities

You must provide a valid mobile phone number and ensure you have the authority to grant permission for SMS messages to be sent to that number. You are responsible for updating and maintaining accurate contact information. FYI is not liable for any unauthorized use of your mobile device or phone number.

7. User Content and Conduct

7.1 User Content

The Site may allow users to post, upload, or submit content (collectively, “User Content”), such as reviews and comments. You are solely responsible for your User Content, including its legality, reliability, accuracy, and appropriateness.

7.2 Prohibited Content

You agree not to post User Content that:

FYI is committed to maintaining a trustworthy platform. All professionals and businesses must undergo a thorough verification process as outlined in this section.

8.1 Professional Verification

8.1.1 Background Check

Professionals must consent to and pass a comprehensive background check conducted by an authorized third-party service.

8.1.2 Disqualifying Criteria

• Automatic Disqualification: History of violent crimes, ongoing probation, or active criminal investigation.
• Case-by-Case Review: Non-violent offenses (e.g., drug possession, driving-related incidents) evaluated based on the offense, time elapsed, and evidence of rehabilitation.

8.1.3 Appeals Process

Professionals may appeal disqualification decisions within 30 days by providing additional documentation or evidence of mitigating circumstances.

8.2 Business Validation

8.2.1 Active Status Verification

Businesses must maintain active standing with state and county authorities where services are provided.

8.2.2 Licensing and Insurance

• Mandatory Compliance: Certain services (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC) require additional proof of valid licenses and insurance.
• Proof Required: Businesses must provide current documentation upon request.

8.2.3 Owner Authorization

If the person signing up is not the business owner, written permission from the business owner is required to use OneBook Pro for advertising.

8.2.4 Disqualifying Criteria for Businesses

• History of business fraud
• Outstanding or incomplete work obligations
• Criminal offenses tied to the business

8.2.5 Suspension or Disqualification

Businesses violating these criteria may be suspended or disqualified at FYI’s discretion.

8.3 Badge Verification

8.3.1 Additional Badges

OneBook Pro may offer badges such as:

• Veteran
• First Responder
• Business Owner

8.3.2 Verification Standards

All badge credentials are strictly verified. Fraudulent claims result in immediate platform termination and possible legal action.

8.4 Ongoing Monitoring and Compliance

FYI reserves the right to conduct re-validations and re-screenings. Professionals and businesses must keep their information up to date. Failure to comply may result in suspension or removal.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software (collectively, “Site Content”), is the property of FYI or its content suppliers, protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

10. Feedback

Any suggestions, feedback, or ideas you provide (“Feedback”) are non-confidential and become the sole property of FYI. We may use such Feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.

11. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

1. Modify, reproduce, or distribute any Site Content without express written permission.

All transactions arranged through OneBook Pro are solely between you and the service professional. FYI is not responsible for any issues, disputes, or claims arising from such transactions.

12.2 Payment Terms

You must provide a valid payment method. Charges are determined by the service professional according to their pricing. FYI may facilitate these payments but does not set or control pricing.

12.3 Taxes

Applicable taxes may be charged based on your location and local tax laws.

13. Links to Third-Party Sites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. FYI does not control and is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party sites.

14. Termination

FYI reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site and Services at any time, without notice, if we determine that your conduct violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
